Delhi Gets Its First All Women Run Bar - TFIF | Curly Tales

We already know who runs the world—and now, it’s time to tell you about the first-of-its-kind all-women run bar, TFIF, in Rajouri Garden.

What Is It?

Harjas Kaur Arneja and Archie Singh, co-founders of TFIF, which translates to The Future Is Female, strongly believe in empowering the women folk so that they can adapt and follow an independent lifestyle. Thus, TIFF has been created as a women-powered space, accommodating women chefs and servers for everything, from the bar to the bakery. The interior is flora-inspired, with plants and earthy hues adorning the space. Moreover the live music adds vibrancy to the existing positive vibes.

What To Eat?

The extensive menu has something for everyone, from titbits to healthy bites, appetisers to main-course, and dessert. However the highlight of this space is the fusion take on global dishes and the sinful dessert section. 

Get started with, Khumani Tikki Chaat, Thai Chicken Dimsum, Exotic Veg Bao, Lo-Cal Quinoa Salad, Asian Mushroom Cups, and Jwala Macchi are some of the great options. For a filling meal, there’s Mushroom, Broccoli and Bok Choy in Oyster sauce, Lamb Shanks served with Butter Garlic Rice, Prawn Teen Mirchi, and Chicken Biryani. For a quick bite, we’ve got the regular staples such as sandwich, burger, pizza, taco and pasta.

 

 

But the stars from the kitchen include the Bhuna Gosht Tacos, Laal Maas Burger, Butter Chicken Lasagna, Paneer Tikka Pizza, and Dum Spaghetti Bolognese, while the Gluten-free Brownie, No-bake Cheesecake, Pineapple Upside Down, Tiramisu, Mousse and Waffle satiate the sweet cravings.

Drinks

The drinks will soon be launched as the bar license is awaited. However you must know these women aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty – or in this case, wet – behind the bar. Expect some really nice drinks to go with the food.
