US entrepreneur and longevity enthusiast Bryan Johnson has added the popular Indian spice garam masala to his strict diet. This comes days after he walked out of Nikhil Kamath’s podcast mid–way due to concerns about India’s air quality. He took to X (formerly Twitter) to share what he would be eating for the next few days and interestingly, one of the dishes included garam masala in its preparation.

US millionaire Bryan Johnson is widely famous for his extensive anti-ageing endeavour–Project Blueprint. He often posts about his strict diet, regular exercise, and extensive medical testing on social media. In a recent update on X, Bryan Johnson shared details about his meals for the next few days and one of the dishes, Butternut Squash Soup with Roasted Apples and Carrots, caught everyone’s attention due to the presence of garam masala in it. The soup is loaded with veggies like butternut squash, onions, garlic, carrots, and even apples but the presence of flavourful garam masala is making headlines everywhere.

It is to be noted that this is not the first time Bryan Johnson has expressed his admiration for Indian food. In December 2024, in a post on X, he said “The influence is shifting away from football and fast food, moving instead towards health, science, and Indian cuisine.”
