Back With the Challenge

So this year, after last year’s amazing response and success, he was back with Inktober 2023. Not only this, he added another small challenge to it by promising to post one recipe every day at 11:11am. Here’s how it went!

Flyod began interpreting Inktober prompts into food videos for a straight 30 days, which means the entire month of October. The first word was dream; he associated the word with a bad pun and then came up with Guilt Cheese Sandwich. This recipe is made using four types of cheese.

Similarly, he went on coming up with recipes for the next 30 days, and on the last day, the prompt was Rush. Throughout the series, he came up with dishes that took a long time of preparation and cooking; some even went up to 24 hours, so the last prompt gave him an idea to share a quick recipe.

The recipe that he came up with was a dish that took only 8 minutes to make, making it the perfect recipe to make when you are in a hurry! The name of this dish was “Pepper Prawn Instant Noodles”.

Not An Easy Task

The most interesting of them all was on day 15, when the prompt was ‘Dagger’ and this digital creator decided to cook Rampuri Taar Gosht.

He associated it with Muslim bladesmiths residing in Rampur. It is said that an Italian dagger actually inspired the making of the Rampuri knife, which became an instant hit with local gundas in India and later also with the villains of Bollywood.

His association with words has actually blown our minds. Coming up with dishes with just one prompt word is not easy. But he made it all seem super effortless and gave out 30 amazing recipes that I am sure all of you wish to cook!
