Of late a certain Indian railway TTE of Train 12601 (B1 Coach) has won over the internet by offering his helping hand to a single parent traveling with his baby at Kannur, Kerala. Recently, a man named Visakh Krishna took to his Twitter to share his memorable experience with a traveling ticket examiner (TTE) on a train. Visakh revealed how the railway TTE at Kannur shifted to another seat in order to offer Visakh his own well-lit seat as Visakh was traveling with a one-year-old baby.
Indian Railways Heaped With Praises After Railway TTE Helped A Parent Travelling With A 1-year-old Baby
Recently, the general public is all praises for Indian Railways. The reason was a heartwarming gesture by a railway TTE of train 12601 (B1 coach) at Kannur towards a passenger with a one-year-old baby. On August 15, a passenger named Visakh Krishna took to his Twitter account to share his experience about the same.
“Travelling with a 1y old baby on train 12601 (B1 Coach) boarding at Kannur, the TTE displayed a warm gesture by shifting to another seat giving us his well-lit seat. He’s a savior for us and for the sound sleeping passengers.
Thank you Sir! @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw” he wrote. Soon the tweet got quite the attention and people started praising Indian Railways and the railway TTE for his kind gesture.
The Ministry Of Railways Reply To The Passenger’s Tweet
While tweeting about the sweet experience with the Railway TTE, Visakh Krishna also tagged the Union Railways Ministry and Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. Replying to Visakh’s tweet on August 16, the official Twitter handle of the Ministry of Railways wrote, “We hope that you and the toddler had a comfortable journey @iamv6661. We are always at your service.” After the Indian Railways tweeted their reply, a lot of the general public expressed their love and respect for the railways. “Yes, Indian railways is truly remarkable these days. Couple of days back went in train 12691 and the service was remarkable,” wrote a Twitter user. “Good job “, wrote a few others. And we can’t agree more.
