Calvin Lee is a Singapore-based Instagrammer who is famous for trying out weird food combinations. From Oyster Sauce Yogurt and Milky Chicken Rice to Condensed Milk Sushi and Bitter Gourd Coffee, he has treated his taste buds with them all! Now, for his latest food adventure, he decided to cook Mango Sticky Rice with Thai Pork Skewers and a wide variety of sauces and chillies!
For this dish, he cooked mango sticky fried rice with Thai pork skewers, fish sauce, garlic, egg, spring onion, chilli, soy sauce, and coconut milk! He then fried them all together to bring together the dish. According to him, it tasted like pineapple fried rice but more moist. The dish, apparently, had a good sweet taste as well due to the mango and Calvin would 100% recommend you all to try it!
