In a bid to create awareness surrounding the growing climate crises, rampant deforestation and the repercussions being faced in the animal world, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to grace the wildly popular show Man Vs Wild. He will star alongside the show’s famous host Edward Michael Grylls who is more popularly known as ‘Bear Grylls’. So why did Modi pick this extremely edge of the seat adventure of a show to feature in? ” For years, I have lived among nature, in the mountains and the forests. These years have a lasting impact on my life. So when I was asked about a special show focusing on life beyond politics and that too in the midst of nature I was intrigued to take part in it,” said Modi of his motivations in a conversation with The Times Of India.
