Some go to Goa innumerable times and some can’t even plan one special trip to Goa! Seems like Manoj Bajpayee and his family belong to the first lot. On this Sunday Brunch episode, he joined our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani for a candid interview in the stylish ŠKODA SLAVIA in Juhu, Mumbai. Read on to learn about his regular trips to Goa.
Manoj Bajpayee Feels Like Goa Is His Second Home Now
We played a fun game of rapid-fire with Manoj and began with the topic of travel. We asked if he enjoys visiting mountains or beaches and he told us that he prefers mountains but has to go to beaches. Why is that so? Well, he shared that it depends on his family as his wife and daughter yearn for a beach destination almost every weekend!
They are so fond of Goa that they chant, “Let’s go to Goa!” now and then. He said, “Goa has become a second home now,” so much so that his family is insisting on buying a beautiful home there now. We demand the same, Manoj! If you follow him on Instagram you may get a glimpse of his frequent trips to Goa.

Do You Know Why Taylor Swift Is His “Jaani Dushman”?
While conversations stirred towards road trips and his go-to songs to listen to on trips, he revealed to us that he has a dedicated playlist of his favourite singers for particular occasions. But Taylor Swift is his, and we quote, “jaani dushman.”
Whenever Ava blasts Swift’s songs, he says, “Meri jaan nikal jati hai”. He shared with us that his daughter, Ava Nayla, comes in the car and commands Alexa to change the song to one of Swift’s as she is a massive fan of hers. This makes him lose his mind!
