Keeping up with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, the project’s role is to create a vibrant community. And the marine environment will make its return to the heart of Jeddah, as it strengthens the city. So, homes and communities will be linked with nature, commerce, and amenities. Not to mention, MARAFY will also feature several districts, which will include the existing residents. Moreover, intermodal transport systems, such as water taxis, bus lines, a direct canal link to the King Abdulaziz International Airport, and even a dedicated Metro Red Line station will also be featured to ensure seamless connectivity. Did you know the gorgeous waterfront area here will be of a similar size as those of cities like Chicago, London, or even Hamburg?

We can already imagine how amazing Jeddah is going to look once the project is completed.
