Matcha-Infused Dishes At Reif Kushiyaki
Reif Kushiyaki is a restaurant that’s known for offering what is said to be unconventional Japanese cuisine. A part of the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand 2024, it has outlets in Dubai Hills and Dar Wasl. However, the reason why we can’t stop gushing about this place is that it is doing something special to honour National Matcha Day. Yes, just for the month of May, they have launched an exclusive menu featuring dishes that have been infused with matcha. You can expect not just desserts, but even delicious savoury items that have been infused with the goodness of matcha.

While the restaurants offer several Matcha-infused options, it’s the Matcha Duck Ramen that has got our attention. This is basically a dish of rich chicken and duck broth, which is infused with Japanese Matcha. Paired with home-made ramen noodles, crispy goga and marinated French duck breast, the delicious bowl is truly something you cannot miss. Not just this, they’re offering Matcha Fondue that you can devour to end your meal on a sweet note. However, if this doesn’t suit your taste, then their Signature Matcha Basque Cheesecake is another great option that you have to try.
Doesn’t it sound delicious? Well, the beautifully decorated space has interiors that resemble a high-end restaurant in Japan.
So, go ahead and take your buddies along for a feast that we are sure they will remember as well.
