It is not often that you get all your dreams fulfilled. People sometimes work for decades on end and still fail to achieve their dreams. But one lucky girl, Maleesha Kharwa, managed to accomplish what most people are unable to do even after years. Kharwa resided in the slums of Dharavi until an actor from Hollywood discovered her. Since then, she has been the face of a high-end Ayurvedic brand and has managed to sign two Hollywood films.
Maleesha Kharwa Bagged Two Hollywood Films
When Maleesha Kharwa was five years old, she saw Priyanka Chopra walking down the aisle in a fashion show. Since then, she knew that this was exactly the kind of life that she wanted to lead. And lo and behold! She managed to manifest it!
During the pandemic, she was discovered by a Hollywood actor and her life transformed for the better. Since then, she has been modelling. She even managed to become the face of the luxury Ayurvedic skincare brand, Forest Essentials.
Not only that, but she has also managed to sign two Hollywood movies! Onwards and upwards young lady! She is only 15 years old and still has so many feathers in her cap that it’s hard to keep up. We believe that her career will be as colourful as her success!
How She Was Discovered
In the February of 2020, actor Robert Hoffman came to India in search of a girl from the slums to star in his music video. There, he found Maleesha Kharwa and ended up being so awed by her beauty that he ended up helping her achieve her dreams.
Hoffman said he was stunned by her beauty. However, he couldn’t get Kharwa in his music video because she was simply too stunning. He ended up casting her cousin. Through his help, Kharwa ended up starring in a short film on YouTube called ‘Live Your Fairytale’ Watch it below!
