1. 100,000 m² Entertainment Destination Is Coming Up In Najran
It was recently announced by the Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al Al-Sheikh, that a new exceptional entertainment destination will be launched in the heart of Najran in 2027. As mentioned by the Saudi Gazette, this would span 1,00,000 square metres, and the destination would bring entertainment experiences, signature events, and restaurants together. It will also include a variety of interactions such as live performances, recreational activities like bowling & karting, and a cinema.
2. VDX Landing Pad Obtains Regulatory Approval For eVTOL

VDX landing pad, which is the world’s first commercial vertical landing pad has obtained regulatory approval for eVTOL. Yes, this has become the world’s first commercial vertical landing pad to obtain regulatory approval for electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft operations. 3. Dubai RTA Completes First Phase Of Dubai Metro Blue Line Tunnelling
Dubai RTA revealed how it has completed the first phase of tunnelling for the Blue Line in just two months. Tunnelling works for Dubai Metro Blue Line were launched just two months before, and now the first phase of excavation is finally complete. The Blue Line is being excavated by Al Wugeisha, which is a new-generation tunnel boring machine. It is equipped with an advanced digital guidance and monitoring system.

4. Dubai Police Introduces Ghiath Smart Patrol

5. Oman Introduces Window Tinting Rule
The Royal Oman Police has introduced car window tinting rules. Basically, vehicle windows can have a tint of up to 50% from the previous limit of 30%. As a result, car accessories shops across Oman are witnessing a rise in business. This revised regulation allows tinting on all sides and the rear window up to a maximum of 50%. However, the front screen window must remain untinted.
