The service is being launched in collaboration with Line Investments & Property SP LLC at the popular mall in Abu Dhabi. With the aim of enhancing visitor experience, it will deploy advanced digital solutions for parking management.
Q Mobility Launches Free Flow Paid Parking System At Mushrif Mall
As mentioned above, Q Mobility has announced the launch of the Free Flow Paid Parking System. This is at Abu Dhabi’s popular Mushrif Mall, wherein the system would allow automatic payment for parking fees. This will be done through the DARB wallet of the user. Not to mention, it would help in improving the traffic flow inside the parking area. Moreover, it would reduce congestion in parking areas, which would make it easier to locate available spaces for vehicles coming in. Additionally, it would offer a smoother and more convenient parking experience.
When Does It Get Activated?
It should be noted that the free flow will be activated on June 23rd, which is a Tuesday. Q Mobility has launched this as a part of its strategy to expand the system across key locations. As such, this initiative supports advanced digital infrastructure development. Yes, this aims to improve mobility efficiency and also reinforce the vision of a smart city.
For those who are wondering, free flow relies on an advanced technological ecosystem. It is powered by artificial intelligence and uses automatic license plate recognition. Parking duration gets calculated automatically when the vehicle enters the parking. And the fees are then deducted directly from the DARB wallet when the vehicle exits. There is no need for SMS or a physical payment machine. So, it offers a seamless and fully integrated digital experience. Not to mention, it also makes it convenient for the users.

Smart Parking System Recently Launched At Multi-Storey Car Parks
This development comes just days after Q Mobility announced the activation of the smart parking system across multi-storey car parks in the emirate. Yes, the system has been activated at Public Multi-Storey Car Park No. 1 (East Sector 01-3) and Public Multi-Storey Car Park No. 5 (Sector 02-3) on Abu Dhabi Island. In fact, it has also been introduced in commercial zones of Mohammed Bin Zayed City across sectors ME9, ME10, and ME12.
