Dubai Marina’s fitness scene just got a serious upgrade. ARKHE, a new wellness performance club, has opened its gym floor in Dubai to early members, with the full club experience set to launch on 1 September.
Inside ARKHE, Dubai Marina’s New All-In-One Wellness And Performance Club
The space, located in Silverene Tower, combines training, recovery and preventative health under one roof, rather than treating them as separate add-ons. Right now, members get access to dedicated strength and functional training zones, plus spaces built for personal coaching and small group sessions. ARKHE is also an official HYROX Training Club, so if you’re prepping for competition or just want a race-inspired way to train, this is clearly built with that crowd in mind.
Recovery Isn’t An Optional Extra Here
What actually sets ARKHE apart is how it handles recovery. Instead of charging extra for it, every membership comes with unlimited access to cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, alongside dedicated recovery spaces. It’s a shift a lot of Dubai’s wellness scene has been moving toward lately: recovery as a built-in part of the routine, not a premium bolt-on.

What’s Coming In September
The gym floor opening now is really just phase one. When the full club launches on 1 September, expect performance-led classes, Dubai’s first PILAT3S Dynamic Reformer Pilates studio, community events and workshops, and an all-day café with views over Dubai Marina. There’s also ARKHE LONGEVITY, offering advanced diagnostics, blood analysis and personalised health insights for members who want a clearer picture of their long-term health rather than just a workout log.

Should You Check It Out?
If your idea of a good gym is one that also functions as a recovery clinic and a social space, ARKHE is worth putting on your radar, especially with early access already open ahead of the full launch. It’s part of a broader pattern in Dubai’s fitness scene right now, where clubs are positioning themselves less as gyms and more as full wellness ecosystems.
