As announced by the Dubai RTA, this 50% discount will be given to those who hold Dubai’s Sanad Card and People of Determination cards that are issued by the Ministry of Family or the Ministry of Community Empowerment. Taking to X, the RTA announced that the initiative is part of its effort, which aims to support People of Determination. Through this effort, they also plan to give them easier and more convenient access to the services of the authority.

As revealed by the Dubai RTA, these applications will be reviewed before they are referred to the Dubai Health Authority. This would be within three working days. It should be noted that the process has been designed to ensure that a smooth and convenient experience is available to customers.
