A young boy from Kenya cried because he wanted to visit Dubai so badly. A few weeks later, he got to live his dream. How?. That’s the part people online can’t stop talking about. HH Sheikh Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai, shared new videos showing the Kenyan child and his brother. In the video, you can see Milan and Christopher enjoying their trip to Dubai after an emotional clip of one of them went viral earlier this month.
The Video Of The Kenyan Child That Made Sheikh Hamdan Bring Him To Dubai
In the original video, the little boy could be seen sobbing while asking his mother to take him to Dubai “right now”. At one point, he even said he had heard Dubai was “another planet”.
Honestly, the internet and Sheikh Hamdan melted a bit after that.
A Mother Trying To Comfort Her Son
The video first gained attention after Kenyan mother Maria Nyambane posted the emotional moment online.
While her son cried, she calmly tried to reassure him, promising she would work hard one day to take him there. She repeatedly asked him to breathe and reminded him that it was okay to feel upset. But the child was very serious about Dubai.
“I need to go to Dubai right now,” he said through tears, as mentioned in the video reported by Gulf News.
Soon after, Sheikh Hamdan reposted the clip on Instagram Stories and wrote that it would make him happy to see the child visit Dubai soon. Turns out, he meant it.
From Viral Tears To Dubai Landmarks
Newly shared videos now show the children arriving in Dubai with their family and exploring some of the city’s famous attractions.
The boys looked completely stunned at times. Big smiles, wide eyes, lots of pointing at things.
For many people online, it felt less like a publicity moment and more like watching a genuine childhood dream suddenly happen in real life.
Sheikh Hamdan later posted a message saying he was happy to see the joy on the faces of Dubai’s “young friends” from Kenya and hoped they would leave with beautiful memories from the trip.

Dubai’s Global Image Keeps Growing Online
The story also says a lot about how children around the world see Dubai now. Even very young kids who have never visited somehow know the city through social media videos, travel clips and online content.
Sheikh Hamdan himself remains one of the UAE’s most followed public figures online, with millions following his updates around sports, animals, travel and daily life in Dubai.
