It is expected that the UAE may see fair weather this week. However, there are chances of fluctuating temperatures and active winds that could rise up to 40 km/h. This could cause blowing of dust and rough sea conditions. Here’s what the NCM has predicted for the week in the UAE.
NCM Predicts Dusty Weather For The Week
According to the National Centre of Meteorology, the weather is expected to be generally fair in the UAE today. There could be light to moderate winds, and the sea conditions are also expected to drop to moderate in the Arabian and the Oman Gulf. Temperatures could be anywhere between 39 to 43° in the coastal and internal areas.
On Wednesday, temperatures are expected to rise. Moreover, as revealed in a Gulf News report, south-westerly to north-westerly winds could reach 40 km/h, which can cause blowing dust across the region. The sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf are also forecast to become rough by afternoon, and they can be very rough at times.
Active Winds Expected To Continue Through The Week
It is expected that temperatures are forecast to decline slightly on Thursday before the rise again on Friday. Moreover, the dusty conditions and active winds are expected to continue throughout the week. By Saturday, it is expected that the temperatures may see a decrease Westward. The Arabian Gulf may remain moderate to rough at times.

Weather Conditions From Saudi Arabia
Not only the UAE, Saudi Arabia’s NCM has forecast hot to extremely hot weather. As per the Gulf News, these could be accompanied by dusty winds in Mecca. The holy sites during the Hajj 2026 season might see temperatures that may reach as high as 47°C. Additionall, NCM also predicts strong surfaced winds, which could stir up dust and sand.
So, with the weather expected to be dusty for the week, you might want to take all the necessary precautions before you step out, as temperatures continue to rise in the UAE with the summer season here.
