1. Dusty Winds & Partly Cloudy Skies Forecast For UAE
Announced by the National Centre of Meteorology, for Tuesday, dusty conditions have been predicted for the UAE. This comes as the north-westerly winds can reduce visibility in some exposed areas.
2. ADAFSA Announces Closure Of Lailak Fish Monger

As revealed by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, Lailak Fish Monger has been ordered administrative closure. This food establishment is located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (East 11) in Abu Dhabi for food safety violations. The closure has been announced for the breach of Law No. (2) of 2008 on food safety in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
3. Saudia & Saudi Arabia Railways Sign An Agreement
Moving towards a more integrated travel experience, Saudia and Saudi Arabia Railways have signed an agreement. This combines air and rail ticketing systems. As revealed by Gulf News, it was announced at the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum 2026 in Madinah.
4. Dubai RTA’s New Vehicle Testing & Registration Centre
Dubai RTA opens new vehicle testing and registration centre. This is to be operated by Al Mutakamela in Al Qusais. It should be noted that the new centre features seven lanes for light vehicles. As revealed by the RTA, there’s also one lane for motorcycles.

5. Kuwait Bans Cash Transactions Of KD10+ For Some Businesses
On Monday, April 6th, the Minister of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait banned cash transactions of KD10 and more in some places. As revealed in a report of GD Online, there, only e-payment transactions should be allowed. This applies to companies that operate in areas of health clubs (gyms), sports clubs, salons for men, women and children, pest and rodent control firms, and pesticide import, export and storage
