They’re offered round-the-clock assistance, get rapid emergency call, and a suite of smart travel services, which will ensure they have a safe and convenient journey.

Aligning with the ministry’s strategic policies, Emiratis are placed at the heart of this initiative’s priorities. The card offers a bunch of important services, like Twajudi. For those who are wondering, this allows Emirati citizens and families to register their travel details in advance. The card also offers services like issuing return documents within just 30 minutes in case the same is lost or damaged, or expired passports or for the return of a newborn to the UAE. Besides this, travellers also get access to a real-time interactive travel advisory page. It offers essential information and gives guidance to travellers throughout their journey.
