Zayed Sports City, which is in Abu Dhabi, is doing something special for residents and visitors. They have come up with a weekend-only festival that’s happening in Abu Dhabi. We are talking about Village Nights, which is taking over the area near the tennis courts and Zone D pitches. However, this is a weekend-only festival, and it will be complete with Emirati culture and traditions, along with performances, food, activations, outdoor activities and more.
Zayed Sports City Welcomes Village Nights For Weekends Only
Visitors can expect popular food concepts like Costa Coffee, Tummy Yummies, Ka’aki w Nos, DRVN, Healthy Station, and SALT, to name some of them stationed at the Village Nights. For the opening weekend, which is happening until October 11th, there will be a mix of live music, interactive games, activities for all ages and traditional Ayala performances.
What Is Happening At Village Nights?
This is happening for the weekend-only programme of Village Nights. The same entertainment programme will then return the following weekend, which will be from October 16th – 18th.
The Village Nights are open from 5 PM to 10 PM on Fridays. On Saturday and Sunday, it will be from 4 PM to 10 PM. Food and beverage outlets will also be operating from 5 PM to 10 PM on Monday to Friday. These will be complete with live entertainment and family activities that will be taking place on the weekend. Entry for this event is free.

Live Music, Traditional Performances & More
On Saturday, visitors will be able to enjoy live music from singers and guitarists, along with Ayala performances. On Sunday, the performance will feature a live set by YFY throughout the evening. On Friday, the programme included Block Party Bingo with Caolan, along with performances by Arabic fusion band Musilive and traditional Ayala dancers.
