Vision Dubai Will Run From May 16th To 18th
Vision Dubai will be running from May 16th – 18th at Expo City Dubai. This programme lays emphasis on walking through a living narrative. Yes, it emphasises how leadership, vision, and cultural health are in transforming a modest desert settlement into the global city that Dubai is today. As revealed in a report of the Gulf News, the experience is inspired by the story of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. It is a tribute to both his personal legacy and national evolution.
More About The Programme
Vision Dubai is inspired by His Highness’ book – ‘My Story: 50 Memories from 50 Years of Service’. The story, which opens in a desert, introduces visitors to the traditions of the Bani Yas tribe and the Bedouin values of generosity and respect. Thereafter, it moves through a reimagined childhood room at the palace, which then shifts into a sculptural tribute to the Dubai Millennium, his highness’ horse.

Aligns With The Theme Of International Museum Day
The celebration also aligned with the 2026 theme of International Museum Day. The theme this year is ‘Museums Uniting a Divided World’ at Expo City Dubai, this idea gets translated into something tangible. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that the wider Expo experience is also opening up. The Expo 2020 Dubai will reopen its doors free of charge. Families and young visitors can experience Terra as well, which is available for AED20. It offers immersive gardens that explore regional biodiversity and the balance of the natural world. Children will also have a fun time as they get to explore Taqa Island, which is an indoor play space designed to keep curiosity as active as imagination.
