Shah Rukh Khan’s next big UAE appearance has nothing to do with a film release. The actor has announced UNIFYD, a one-day Indian music and culture festival that will debut at Etihad Live on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on 20 March 2027. Khan will curate the event and guide its creative direction.
Who Is Performing At UNIFYD?
Arijit Singh, Karan Aujla and Sonu Nigam are the first names on the bill, with more than 15 artists set to take over multiple stages. Organisers say more names will follow in the coming weeks, so the bill may still grow. According to them, this will also be Nigam’s first music festival appearance in his career.

Khan says he has spent his life watching stories bring people together on screen, and he believes music does the same. He promised a festival big on scale, energy and grandeur, with some of India’s biggest artists sharing one stage for the first time.

Organisers are pitching UNIFYD as more than a concert. It is meant as a cultural gathering for audiences from India, the Middle East and the wider South Asian community. It is bringing different generations and genres under one roof. Bunty Singh, co-founder of D’YAVOL Live, said Indian music is already global and this festival gives it a stage that matches its reach, with a line-up that has never come together before.

Who Is Behind The Festival?
UNIFYD is produced by D’YAVOL Live and District, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Miral, and in association with Emirates NBD. D’YAVOL Live sits under the D’YAVOL Luxury Collective, which Khan co-founded with his son Aryan Khan, Leti Blagoeva and Bunty Singh.

Tickets will be sold exclusively through the District app. All timings below are UAE time:
