Ramadan in Qatar has been a warm, friendly and traditionally-based ceremony. In 2026, the nation is transforming this sentiment into a complete invitation. Visit Qatar has officially rolled out its Ramadan 2026 campaign under the theme, ‘Qatar, Your Home in Ramadan’, to target the local communities, local and international visitors to the region.
Visit Qatar Unveils VisitQatar Ramadan 2026 Campaign
The campaign is based on the good reach and interaction of last year. According to a report by Qatar News Agency, there is an emphasis on hospitality, generosity, and togetherness throughout the Holy Month.
The campaign has one of the most glaring features that cannot be overlooked.
The streets, landmarks, and other open areas in Qatar are again filled with Ramadan lights. Light architecture at street level through to glowing lights at iconic sites injects warmth into the city once the sun sets. The aim is that Ramadan cannot remain behind closed doors. It must exist outdoors, with families walking after their iftar, friends late into the night, and guests being relaxed without making an effort to welcome them.
Music Speaking Across Cultures
The campaign of this year gives an extra layer of creativity, which goes beyond the pictures.
The new artistic element is the application of a Qatari singer, Fahad Al-Hajjaji, accompanied by an English part by international artist Maher Zain. Their joint performances are messages of peace, reflection, and unity values that lie at the core of Ramadan.

A Residents And Visitors Campaign
Although the campaign targets international travellers, it does not ignore its own citizens, who are already residents of Qatar.
Citizens witness the celebration of their city. Tourists get to experience Ramadan with the existence of culture, the lighted streets, and artistic narration during this holy month.
To tourists, it is a place to visit. And to the locals, it reminds them of what Ramadan is, so special in the first place.
