Trèsind Dubai, a MICHELIN Guide recommended hotspot, has launched a new Chef’s Tasting Menu by Chef Mohammad Zeeshan for AED 699. The menu features creative dishes like arugula pani puri and a reimagined chaat. Highlights from the mains include Kashmiri gucchi in truffle korma and lobster haq saag with duck rogan josh. The experience ends with pandan payesh and paan cotton candy. A premium grape beverage pairing is also available for AED 645, including selections from Moët & Chandon and Cloudy Bay.

Pounders, known as a comfort food spot in the city, has launched an exciting new menu featuring bold flavours. The restaurant is well known for its juicy Wagyu burgers and crave-worthy sides. Highlights include the Jalapeño Burger with cheddar, crispy Calamari in chipotle adobo, and Crispy Beef with mashed potatoes in oyster and sriracha sauce. With creative additions like the Creamy Wild Mushroom Burger, Pounders continues to offer enhanced, flavourful comfort food.

When: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 12 am and Friday to Sunday from 8 am to 1 am

3. Karma Kafé “By Buddha-Bar” 

Karma Kafé near the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains offers a modern Pan-Asian Nikkei menu as part of the new menus in Dubai. Signature dishes include Truffle Tenderloin Tataki, Salmon Miso Aburi Roll, Lobster Thai Curry, and Matcha San Sebastian Cheesecake, all perfect for sharing. With vibrant lounge vibes, stunning city views, and expertly crafted drinks, Karma Kafé offers a harmonious dining experience.

4. Carnival By Trèsind

Carnival by Trèsind, part of the new menus in Dubai, offers the Carnival Experience Menu 2025. Head Chef Rahil Aga has crafted this six-course tasting menu. It consists of creative vegetarian options, such as Doritos Dynamite and Kohlrabi Tacos. The menu also includes popular non-vegetarian dishes such as Butter Chicken and Coorgi Lamb. The meal concludes with desserts such as Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse and Strawberry Paan, for a memorable dining experience.

5. Leen’s

Leen’s at Mirdif City Centre launches “Asian Favourites,” a new menu that combines the bold flavours of Asia with Latin American zest. Drawing inspiration from Nikkei cuisine, the menu features signature dishes like Beef Batayaki, Latin Chaufa Rice with prawns, and Kung Pao Chicken. It also includes Sweet & Sour Prawns and Kinoko Gohan, all designed for sharing. Celebrating flavour, comfort, and a lively dining experience, this menu is perfect for family gatherings, casual meals, or a midweek culinary break.

6. IchiRyu Ramen House

Ichiryu Ramen House is renowned for serving some of the UAE’s finest ramen. It has added three new bowls to its menu: Kare Curry Ramen, Ryu Miso, and Yasai Veggie Ramen. Alongside its popular classics Aka, Shiro, Kuro, and Midori, guests can also enjoy small bites, rice dishes, maki rolls, salads, desserts, and drinks. Each ramen features flavourful broths, fresh ingredients, and signature chashu, offering a rich and satisfying Japanese dining experience.

7. Unwind Speciality Boardgame Cafe

Unwind Speciality Board Game Café at Hessa has revamped its space and expanded its menu to include unlimited breakfast and Zabeel favourites. It also offers new dishes like beetroot nachos, jackfruit tostadas, and lamb poppers. The menu also features a selection of burgers and sliders, including classic beef, crispy chicken, Spicy Chicken Katsu, Lamb Kofta, Sweet Potato & Black Bean, and Avocado Chickpea, all served with fries.
