Opened officially on October 30, this new late-night cocktail bar is perfect for a party mood. Led by Aman Dua, the Head Bartender and self-proclaimed Flavour Alchemist, Noir is going to be all about storytelling and secrets worth knowing!
Noir opens around 8:30 pm and is open till late at night, 3 pm. Here, each cocktail arrives with its own narrative. Dua crafts all his beverages based on, “Elements. So expect your drinks to be based on fire, water, air, earth, and spice. The drinks will be layered with a little bit of mystery. So, it’s more of a “come for the cocktails, stay for the party” kind of spot in Dubai.
Cocktails, Party And A Lot Of Storytelling
Here’s the cocktail menu that’ll leave you surprised and thirsty! Take Solace, for instance, a silky blend of Patron Silver, jackfruit, passion fruit, and cacao butter. Next up is Forest Myst, all lemongrass and lychee, wrapped in smoke, evoking a forest walk after the rain. And, then there’s Synth. A wild meeting of Tanqueray 10, house-blended coffee, kewra, and edible gold. Because how is the menu complete in Dubai if there’s no mention of gold in some edible form?
Noir’s cocktails are designed to engage your senses. So expect the drinks you sip to elevate your sight, scent, taste, and emotion.
For The Mindful Sippers
Noir also gives a nod to Dubai’s teetotalers. Its Spirit-Free collection uses garden-fresh ingredients and Lyre’s distillates to craft cocktails like Golden Voyage, Desert Mirage, and Ripple in Time. These drinks skip the alcohol but don’t eliminate the punch!
