For AED 30, You Can Grab Viral Japanese Sandwiches At This Marsa Boulevard Spot In Dubai

Dubai is always on the hunt for viral food trends. This one landed right into the Marsa Boulevard with the perfect amount of edge and cheer. Japan’s original viral fried cream sandwiches have officially landed in the city, and yes, they are every bit as indulgent as they look.

The pop-up comes courtesy of AGE.3 Dubai, the cult-favourite from Japan now serving its iconic fried sandwiches at Marsa Boulevard. The buzz started online, and after one bite, it’s easy to see why the hype stands still.

The first look and menu details were shared via the brand’s official Instagram channel.

Here’s Why Everyone’s Queuing At Marsa Boulevard

This isn’t just fried bread with filling. AGE.3 uses soft Japanese bread made with Hokkaido flour, known for its light texture and subtle sweetness. Each sandwich gets fried to a perfect golden crisp cover, stuffed generously with fillings that range from dessert-level indulgent to full-on savoury comfort food.

And at AED 30 per sandwich, it feels surprisingly reasonable for something this decadent.

The Crème Brûlée One Steals The Show

Let’s get straight to the star. The Crème Brûlée Fried Sandwich is the reason most people are lining up. Crackly caramelised sugar on top with silky custard inside, and the warm bread holding it all together.

One bite in, and you get why it’s the repeat order. Sweet, smooth, and just the right amount of drama.

Matcha, Pistachio And Savoury Hits

If sweets are your thing, the Ganache Matcha delivers a deep and earthy flavour. Pistachio fans, meanwhile, get a velvety cream filling topped with crunchy pistachio and a slight raspberry tang to cut through the richness.

Not into desserts? The savoury menu offers The Egg Salad sandwich, which is creamy, comforting, and filling without being messy. Then there’s the Grilled Keema Curry sandwich, crispy bread wrapped around spiced curry goodness. It’s quietly the staff favourite, and once you try it, you’ll understand why.

Pop-Up Now, Permanent Spot Soon

AGE.3 Dubai is currently running as a pop-up at Marsa Boulevard, but a permanent location is already in the works. Until then, this is one of those spots you hit early, before queues start stretching and favourites sell out.
