Al Ain has a new pizza stop in town, and Urbn is serving up New York-inspired slices made for easy, casual eating. The menu goes beyond the usual with loaded picks like Hot Brisket, Buffalo, Tartufo and Short Ribs, alongside classic Margherita and Pepperoni. Its menu spans Turkish eggs, manakish and mezze to truffle-laced creations, Wagyu burgers, Josper-grilled meats and indulgent pastas. 3. Yann Couvreur
Sweet news for French pastry lovers, Yann Couvreur Pâtisserie is getting ready to open a new outpost at Yas Mall. The Parisian pâtisserie will bring its signature selection of flaky croissants and French desserts to Abu Dhabi. A standout is the Merveille, featuring silky milk chocolate mousse, hazelnut, crisp meringue and a delicate chocolate shell adorned with Yann Couvreur’s iconic fox emblem. The new branch will add to the pâtisserie’s existing Abu Dhabi presence at The Galleria Al Maryah Island.

4. Mama’esh
Abu Dhabi has a new spot for Palestinian comfort food, with Mama’esh opening its doors in Masdar City. The homegrown favourite is known for its organic-flour mana’esh, but the menu also features hearty breakfast trays, fatayer, hummus, wraps and oven-baked dishes. Try classics such as Laham Bil Ajeen, Akkawi Cheese Mana’esh or the Palestinian Musakhan Chicken Rolls, followed by a sweet bite of Nabulsi Kunafa Rolls.

5. Frontyard Al Nahyan
Coffee lovers in Abu Dhabi have another reason to head to Al Nahyan, with speciality café Frontyard opening its second branch in the capital. The menu is packed with all-day favourites, spanning hearty breakfast plates, creative toast and croissant options, sandwiches, pasta and burgers. Come for a Dirty Espresso, Spanish Latte or one of its colourful matcha creations, then pair your drink with a slice of cheesecake, tiramisu or one of the café’s indulgent desserts.

Al Ain’s dining scene gets another pizza destination with the arrival of Blu Pizzeria at Al Muatard Mall. Alongside its signature selection, the new branch serves an exclusive Al Ain Pizza topped with chicken tenders, maple buffalo, butter ranch, bacon jam, aged cheese and chives. The menu also features tempting options such as Musakhan, Short Ribs, and Tartufo, while the new Truffle Stracciatella is available across all branches.

7. The Espresso Lab
The Espresso Lab has opened a new coffee spot in Abu Dhabi, its latest branch at The Arcades in Al Mushrif. It’s a cosy place for a morning coffee, catching up with friends or simply slowing down with a good cup.

8. Goodneighbor
Goodneighbor has expanded its Abu Dhabi presence with a new branch in Baniyas, marking its third location in the city. The café serves a wide selection of speciality coffees, including single-origin drip brews, espresso-based favourites and creative ice-blended drinks. Its all-day breakfast menu features options such as Egg Truffle Cheese and Peanut Butter & Jam Sourdough. At the same time, house-made sweets include Banana Pudding, Cheesecake Tart and its signature Aseeda.
