Look, I’ve tried enough “limited-edition” burgers in my life to know that half of them are literally average. Pretty photo, catchy name, then you take a bite and wonder why you trusted them. But this one? This one comes with real promise. Junk Smash Burgers, the Paris-born brand that blew up on socials before landing on 25 Jump Street in Dubai. They have teamed up with the one guy whose food opinions we rarely miss: Notorious Foodie.

If you know him, you know he doesn’t play around with food. From his home-cooking clips to his blunt restaurant reviews, this guy has built a fanbase by actually knowing flavours. So when he announces a collab burger, you’ve got to hear.
A French Classic Meets A Smash Burger
Dropping on Saturday, November 15, and sticking around only until December 15, this one-month special is called The French Onion Smash. The name alone already hints at something exciting.
Here’s the breakdown. Two smashed wagyu patties with sweet brown-butter caramelised onions that actually took two hours to cook. Double-melted Gruyère that coats every corner and a jus burger sauce with demi-glace and pickles. Sounds fancy, right?
Notorious Foodie himself summed it up perfectly: he basically took everything he loves about French onion soup and locked it between two toasted brioche buns.
What Makes This Burger Worth The Trip?
For starters, it hits that sweet spot between indulgent and clean. You get rich flavour and umami from the wagyu and demi-glace sauce, which pair beautifully with the sweetness of the onions. It tastes like something you’d get at a bistro. Junk Smash Burgers stays loyal to its “keep it simple, keep it tasty” roots.
And let’s not ignore the price. AED 59 for something this loaded, in Dubai? Unbelievable!

Only In Dubai And London For A Limited-Time
If you want it, you’re on the clock. It’s available only at Junk Smash Burgers locations in Dubai and London, and only before December 15.
Junk has already built a loyal crowd across Paris, London, and now Dubai. And this collab feels like another solid step in its street-food takeover. If you’re a burger person, consider this your sign and go get it!
