Pahadi’s North East Winter Carnival Brings With Momos, Hill-Station Vibes & More To Dubai

Dubai has a secret winter hideout sitting right on the terrace of Pahadi in Bur Dubai. The hill-inspired restaurant Pahadi at Majestic Premier Hotel has gone all out this season with its North East Winter Carnival. The whole place feels like someone air-lifted a mountain town and placed it above a pool deck in Dubai. Twinkling lights, soft music, the aroma of char-grilled delights.

The carnival blends everything people love about hillside kitchens, including warm grills, smoky aromas, hearty bowls, and bold spices. And the best part? You’re not emptying your wallet for the experience. Prices start at AED 30, which feels unreal considering the ambience alone.

Momos, Chaat & Winter Comfort

The menu reads like a little tour of the Northeast and the Himalayas. You kick things off at Mall Road Ka Chaat Bazaar with Gol Gappa and Assam Lemon Aloo Chaat. Then the grills take over. The Pahadi Charcoal Grill sends out Sichuan Paneer Tikka, Chicken Wings glazed with Assam Laksa, and a seriously good Mutton Choila. Every plate comes with that smoky kick. And don’t even think about leaving without hitting the momo station. Lala’s Momo & Chai, veg or chicken, steamed or Kothey, paired with a cup of Kullad Chai, beats everything this winter.

Pahadi Turns Its Terrace Into A Northeastern Winter Haven

If you want something lighter, the Singju Salad and the Naga-style Smoked Chicken Salad hit the spot. But if you’re craving comfort, go straight for the Himalayan Winter Specialities like the Himachali Chana Madra with rice, Pahadi Dahi Kadhi and Palak Ka Kapa with butter roti.

Save space for dessert. The live counter dishes out saffron Komola Kheer, Tripuri Chowk, and a jalebi–rabri combo that is so hard to resist.

Pahadi’s North East Winter Carnival is here to pull you into a warm, festive, and a little bit nostalgic mood.
