Dubai has a plethora of themed restaurants, and JNGL at The Green Planet Dubai is here to join that club. It’s not the kind of destination that calls itself a rainforest by putting up a few plants for decor. This one actually drags you into the wild, in the best possible way.
JNGL Opens At The Green Planet Dubai
The Green Planet, already home to thousands of creatures and plants. But it’s taking things up a notch with the launch of JNGL, a restaurant built around the spirit of outdoor adventure. As you step in, it feels like entering the rainforest in the middle of a city. Picture leafy corners, earthy tones, wildlife-inspired details, and that gentle hum of nature you missed in the chaos of the city.
What’s On The Menu?
The kitchen keeps up with the theme without getting too loud. Not just the ambience, but JNGL has also made their menu with themed dishes. Expect Rainforest Onion Rings, Armadillo’s Nachos, and wild Wings for starters. The mains are unapologetically hearty. The Amazonian Beast Feast Burger, Camper’s Pasta and Tuco Sizzling Lava Cake, the kind of dessert that grabs your attention before it arrives on your table.
Little guests aren’t left out either. The Mini Explorer Menu doubles as entertainment, with bite-sized sliders and Chirpy Chicken Nuggets.
The drinks menu leans into colour and fun. Choco-cherry Canopy, Jungle Jaunt, Asian Fairy Bluebird. Expect each mocktail to look and taste like it came straight from a hidden forest bar. You sip, you look around, and for a moment, you forget you’re a few steps away from a mall entrance.

Entertainment To Wind Down The Food
Once dinner winds down, the restaurant finds clever ways to keep the evening going. Kids can roll into interactive culinary sessions or test their creativity through ceramic and canvas art activities. It’s calm, engaging, and surprisingly effective.
Entry starts at AED 139, which includes access to the entire biodome that has over 3,000 animals and plants up close. From bright Livingstone’s Turacos to dwarf crocodiles that you can easily take a stroll and observe them. For the brave (or the curious), night tours offer a closer look at the nocturnal side of the rainforest. At AED 225 for adults and AED 199 for kids, you also get food vouchers worth AED 50. Spend AED 75 at the restaurant, and you unlock an extra 20% off the tour.
So, if you’re looking for a full day filled with food, adventure, and a break from the city’s noise, JNGL and The Green Planet Dubai should be on your bucket list.
