Air Arabia Passenger Jumps Off Flight In Chennai
As reported by NDTV, an Air Arabia flight from Sharjah, which had just landed at the Chennai International Airport, saw a shocking incident. The flight was slowly taxiing when this happened. The man jumped out of the aircraft as it was slowly moving on the taxiway, complaining of a vomiting sensation. It is also believed that he had previously vomited twice on board, as mentioned by the official in the report.
No Loss Of Life Reported
A senior officer at the Chennai International Airport confirmed that there was no loss of life or damage to the aircraft. Moreover, this incident did not occur on the main runway, as clarified by him. According to the preliminary inputs, authorities have suggested that the passenger might have been unwell during the journey.
After the incident occurred, the pilot alerted ground security immediately. The pilot also lodged a formal complaint with the authorities regarding this incident.

The Man Is Believed To Have Vomited Twice On Board
Personnel from the Central Industrial Security Force also responded swiftly. They had secured the individual, who had then been handed over to the police for investigation. Officials are questioning the passenger, and his mental health condition is also under assessment. After this episode, operations were briefly disrupted. The main runway ended up being shut between 3:23 AM and 4:23 AM. This was done for precautionary purposes, and the flights were diverted to the secondary runway during this period.
The authorities have also launched an investigation into the breach of aviation safety protocol, as revealed by the Economic Times, it is worth mentioning that the pilot had immediately brought the aircraft to a halt and had alerted the authorities during the incident.
