According to a report by Arabian News, the airline’s weekly flights on the Abu Dhabi–Istanbul route have been increased from the usual 10 to 14. This will let UAE travellers plan their next breaks, business trips, or onward journeys through Europe, Asia, and the Americas via Istanbul’s global mega-hub with more flexibility.
For passengers, this means easier access, shorter waiting times, and a more seamless onward journey. Turkish Airlines currently flies to 350+ destinations worldwide. This expansion strengthens the carrier’s position as one of the top transit carriers for UAE residents. Whether you’re flying to London, Madrid, Baku, Singapore, or New York.
Here’s the new daily flight schedule (local time):
- TK869: Abu Dhabi (AUH) 1:35am → Istanbul (IST) 5:30am
- TK867: Abu Dhabi (AUH) 7:55am → Istanbul (IST) 12:10pm
