Flight operations in the UAE are mostly normal in the UAE. However, there are airlines that are continuing to adjust schedules due to the situation in the Middle East. If you are someone who is flying from the UAE or to the country, there are some things you will want to know when it comes to the schedules and travel advisories.
Air France Extends Suspension Of Flights
On Tuesday, July 21, Air France temporarily suspended its flights to Dubai and Riyadh. This comes after its extension of the suspension of services to Beirut. It mentioned that flights to Dubai International Airport will be suspended until July 27th, and departures from the airport will be cancelled until July 28th. Similarly, flights to Riyadh will be suspended until July 24th, and departures from the capital will be affected until July 25th. Services will continue to remain suspended until August.
What Travel Advisories Should People Know?
Other flight updates from Dubai International Airport mention how it is pretty much working at full capacity now. Over six million passengers have already travelled through Dubai since the conflict began in the region. Passenger traffic also remains strong, with international airlines gradually restoring services. Not only this, but Etihad Airways has also extended its flight cancellations to Kuwait. This has been done due to operational reasons, and the flight cancellations are until July 24th. It has also cancelled select Bahrain services. These include:

What Flyers Should Know?
Coming to flydubai, the airline has cancelled FZ023 and Emirates codeshare EK2016. These services are scheduled between Dubai and Bahrain.
Due to restrictions and airspace, some international flights are being rerouted. As a result, it is causing longer flights or leading to cancellations. So before you travel, make sure to check the flight status with the airline. Do be ahead of SMS and email updates from your carrier. If you’re travelling, do leave with extra time in hand for the airport, and finally review the latest advisories before flying.
