GCAA Resumes Normal Air Traffic In UAE
This major decision was taken by the authority after following a comprehensive assessment of the operational and security conditions. As revealed further in the Gulf News report, this assessment was carried out in coordination with relevant entities. Real-time monitoring has been stressed and this will continue, for ensuring the highest levels of aviation safety.

The GCAA has also appreciated the cooperation of passengers and airlines during the recent period. It reaffirmed the readiness of the technical and operational teams for responding to any potential developments. It should be noted that these temporary precautionary measures have been in place across the UAE skies since February 28th. Moreover, the news comes after the Emirates president had reiterated his confidence in the normal resumption of air traffic movement in Dubai.

Qatar Airways Also Continues To Reinstate Its Network
Truly a relief for travellers, the news comes when other GCC-based airlines are also continuing to reinstate the network. Qatar Airways, for example, recently announced the return of passenger flights to Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil in Iraq. The resumption comes after the airline also recently announced its return of daily passenger services to Dubai, Sharjah, Bahrain, Damascus, and Kozhikode.
