Designed for adults who like their downtime with a side of buzz, this 264-key hotel marks another major milestone in The Heart of Europe’s vision. It’s all set to become a 20-hotel island destination with 5,000 keys.

According to a received press release, the opening backs the momentum of the project. It strengthens Dubai’s position as a global hotspot for immersive, experience-led hospitality.
A French Riviera Mood, Dubai-Style
Part of IHG’s fastest-growing premium brand, voco hotels, voco Dubai Nice brings a playful personality to luxury travel. It’s bringing French Riviera glamour, Mediterranean colours, and a vibe that transpires easily from relaxed afternoons to high-energy nights. The hotel joins voco Dubai Monaco, forming an adults-only playground. Located just 15 minutes by speedboat from mainland Dubai, the hotel escapes feel instant. It’s all about the sea views, music, and that holiday mode.

The hotel’s 264 rooms and suites lean into relaxed elegance. Guests can choose from Deluxe and Premium rooms or upgrade to End Suites and Party Suites. The hotel offers customised celebrations, long weekends, and more fun beyond your imagination.
Check-in stays refreshingly quick, and guests are welcomed with voco’s signature locally inspired date cookie. Inside the rooms, Pillows and duvets use recycled materials, and thoughtful design keeps comfort and sustainability together.

voco Dubai Nice has five venues that set the tone:
- La Brasserie serves French classics with global twists.
- La Rive brings beachfront seafood with Mediterranean flair.
- Lagoon Pool Bar sits at the heart of the property.
- Champagne Bar channels Riviera nightlife with glamour.
- La Discotheque blends dining, drinks, and dancing in one high-energy space.
Menus feature locally sourced seafood from the Dubai Fishermen’s Association.

More Than Just A Party Address
