What Is Dubai Invite & How Can UAE Residents Unlock Benefits Worth Over AED3,000?

The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism recently launched something called Dubai Invite. Basically, this is a new city ambassador programme, which aims to reward UAE residents and citizens. Yes, if they invite loved ones from overseas to visit the emirate, they can unlock benefits that are going to be worth more than AED3,000. Here’s all you need to know about this new initiative by Dubai.

DET Launches Dubai Invite Programme

A new initiative aiming to reward UAE residents and citizens has been launched by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism. Basically, guests of residents who arrive in Dubai until October 31st, 2026 can unlock benefits worth more than AED3,000. Yes, as revealed by Gulf News, this includes dining experiences, hotel stays, lifestyle offers, and even attractions.

Basically, all the eligible residents must do is register the details of their visiting friends or relatives. This can be done through the online nomination of the programme form before they arrive. Participants can nominate up to five visitors at a time. With additional nominations, they can submit separately. So, once the visitors arrive in Dubai, the entry gets automatically verified. Residents will then receive an email that contains the reward package and instructions about how to redeem the benefits. These rewards remain valid until December 31st, or until it is otherwise stated.

Who Is Eligible?

Any UAE residents or citizens can participate in the programme, provided they are aged 18 and older. However, they must have a valid Emirates ID, and visitors must not be UAE residents. Guests who are travelling on a valid tourist visa or an eligible visa-on-arrival are a must. Not to mention, visitors arriving in Dubai until October 31st can be via air, sea or even road. This programme, however, does not include visa arrangements. Visitors are responsible for their own visa procurement.

What Do The Rewards Include?

Coming to the rewards, it is important to note that eligible residents can receive a maximum of three reward packages during this campaign. Featured Brands in the offer include W Dubai Mina Seyahi, Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Meliá Desert Palm, Careem, and Hala.

Finally, every visitor can only be nominated once during the programme. If a visitor has already been registered, subsequent nominations will not qualify. Residents need not notify DET when the guests arrive, as the arrival gets verified automatically. Reward emails, as revealed by the DET, would be sent within 72 hours of the verification of the visitor.
