1. Dubai Airshow Enthrals Crowds With Aerial Show

Crowds of people who had come to visit the ongoing Dubai Airshow were left enthralled by the stunning aerial show. Yes, Skyview had everyone trained their eyes towards the sky on November 20th. Many people had also whipped out their phones to capture the splendid displays, and everyone could be seen sporting a brilliant smile.

2. Hands-On Training, Industry-Led Conversation & More

At Dubai Airshow, on November 19th, the academy came alive, offering hands-on training, industry-pushing conversations and sharp insights, the experience was truly splendid. Complete with tech-led sessions, attendees were able to learn and experiment. They even got to to connect with experts who’re shaping the future of aviation and aerospace.

3. Emirates Places Orders With Boeing

During the ongoing airshow, Emirates, the Dubai-based carrier, announced that it has placed a third order with Boeing. This order is for their 777X aeroplane. This has been done to fuel their future expansion and even meet the demand for growing travel. The new order is for 65 Boeing 777-9 passenger jets.

4. Space42 Unveiled At Dubai Airshow

At the event, Space42, a new sentinel of smart urban security, was showcased by Micropolis. Yes, this is ready to take on complex environments and missions. It is purpose-built for urban and semi-urban deployment, as revealed by edrmagazine.eu. It’s worth mentioning that it acts as an autonomous patrol unit for law enforcement.

5. Boeing 777X On Display

Boeing draws people to its stand with the beautiful display of 777X aircraft. Yes, the full-scale section of the cabin on display at the event, passengers get a glimpse of features that they will be able to enjoy on the newest widebody aircraft.

6. Royal Jordanian Extends Avolon’s Lease

Royal Jordanian, which is another major Middle East carrier, extends Avolon’s lease commitment. This is to source a pair of Airbus A321neos from the Irish-based lessor. The aircraft will be delivered in 2027 and 2028.

7. Ethiopian Airlines To Buy 11 737 MAX Jets

Ethiopian Airlines announced during the event that it has committed to purchase 11 additional 737 MAX jets from Boeing. Yes, the agreement for 11 737-8 aircraft was signed at the Dubai airshow, and this will allow the largest African carrier to grow in its region and increase its international network.

8. Emirates A350-900 On Display

9. Flydubai Places Orders For A321neo Aircraft

In a big development, flydubai has signed an MoU with Airbus. This is for 150 Airbus A321neo aircraft. As a result, it has become the new Airbus customer, and it shows the airline’s confidence in the growth plans of Dubai.

10. Calidus B-250 Unveiled By UAE

During the Dubai Airshow, the UAE unveiled its Calidus B-250. This is a fully home-built attack aircraft. As it happens, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has also dropped by to see this aircraft.
