Yes, La Baia by the Beach, which was at J1, has also confirmed its closure. Taking to Instagram, the dining destination announced that it would be bidding adieu to the dining scene in Dubai.
La Baia Closes at J1 Beach
La Baia, which was a popular dining destination at J1, was known for serving a Mediterranean-inspired menu. With fun aesthetics and a beachfront setting, it brought a European Riviera charm to the coastline of Jumeirah. However, the venue has now announced its closure. Yes, joining the growing list of closures at J1, La Baia has also announced that it will be bidding goodbye.
Another J1 Beach Dining Destination Is Now Closed
This news comes after Lunico, which became another popular standout spot that opened in 2024, announced its closure as well. It was just last week when the restaurant with a Spanish-inspired menu, gorgeous interiors and lively atmosphere announced its farewell. Before this, Chou Chou, which was another regularly visited hotspot, also closed its doors the previous year. Both Lunico and Chou Chou were brilliant additions to the buzzing food and beverage line-up of the rest destination.
