As revealed by the Diriyah Company, they have launched Jabal AlQurain Avenue. This is a new area that is being designed as a multidisciplinary incubator for Saudi and regional entrepreneurs. As it happens, it’s also going to a destination that supports new retail and dining areas! Spread across quite a large area, it will offer a dynamic platform for creative Saudi entrepreneurs. Jabal AlQurain Avenue Is Coming To Diriyah

Jabal AlQurain Avenue will offer a fantastic space for emerging and established businesses. This will be a fully pedestrianised avenue, and the place is being designed to become a vibrant hub. It is being designed in such a way that it ends up being a place where culture and modern urban living come together. As it happens, the surrounding areas will also be home to residential units and offices, besides a range of cultural academies and institutes. Every building here will reflect the Najdi style of architecture, thereby honouring the rich history of Diriyah.

15 F&B Outlets, 56 Retail Units & More To Come Up Here

As it happens, it will feature 56 retail units, which will cover about 7,301 m². Along with 15 food and beverage outlets, these would be spread across 2,248 m², which would add to its appeal. Not only this, but the district will also have three world-class hotels and branded residences. This includes the 195-room Ritz-Carlton Diriyah with 165 residences, Address Diriyah with 204 rooms and 60 serviced apartments, and Four Seasons Diriyah with 150 keys.

A Part Of The Diriyah Master Plan

The cultural and commercial hub is a part of Riyadh’s wider master plan. After all, the city is expected to contribute about SAR70 billion to the GDP of the kingdom. The master plan will also include Royal Diriyah Opera House, Diriyah Arena, museums, 40 world-class resorts and hotels, and a university. A Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, Royal Equestrian & Polo Club, Wadi Safar, and Royal Golf Club Wadi Safar will also be coming up in the area.

So, with the new retail space offering something for everyone, it’s truly going to be a great platform for Saudi entrepreneurs to prove themselves.
