1. Emirates To Deploy Skyline For All Aircraft

Emirates has announced that it will deploy Starlink Wi-Fi across its entire in-service fleet. As it begins with Boeing 777 aircraft in November 2025, this will be completed by mid-2027. This would allow customers to stream content, games, make calls, and even work throughout their journey. This Wi-Fi service on Emirates will be free for all customers, across all cabins!

2. AD Mobility Launches Route AR2

Abu Dhabi Mobility (Integrated Transport Centre), as revealed in a Gulf News report, has launched an electric ART bus service. Called Route AR2, this has been designed to connect passengers seamlessly. They will be connected to major cultural landmarks of Saadiyat Island. With the service now underway, this will operate daily between 8 am to 10 pm, with a 30-minute interval.

3. UAE Temperatures See A Further Drop

UAE Residents are in for a pleasant day, as temperatures drop further. Yes, it’s expected to be comfortable and partly cloudy over the Emirates. And the temperatures are expected to dip below 25°C across many areas.

4. Oman Airports Deploy Wi-Fi 7

Oman Airports has gone ahead to deploy Wi-Fi 7 connectivity across all its airports, becoming the first airport operator to do so. It offers passengers a faster and safer way to connect to reliable internet services. This advanced system has been rolled out in partnership in Huawei.

5. Record Rainfall In Several Parts Of Saudi Arabia

Going by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, on Sunday, Makkah, Riyadh, Madinah, Eastern Province, Al-Bahah, Northern Borders, and Qassim received record rainfall.

According to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture’s latest hydrological and climatic bulletin on Sunday, November 16, a total of 49 monitoring stations recorded rainfall across Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, the Eastern Province, the Northern Borders and Al-Baha, reflecting the broad impact of the current weather system. Makkah led the national readings with 32.2 mm, as reported by Siasat.
