Every time we are in the mood to relish something new or unique dishes, we scroll on social media platforms for recommendations. For foodies, these suggestions from well-sourced places can be a major help. But sadly, the appetite to eat something dies after seeing weird videos of preparing our favourite food with unnecessary ingredients. Along with chai and Maggi, one such food victim is momos and I don’t know street food vendors’ fascination with cooking crazy dishes with momo.

1. Momos Patty
Taking to Instagram, Foodpandits! (@foodpandits) shared a video of a street vendor selling Momo Patty.
The blogger shared that this food actually tastes nice and it has been made by filling a patty with potatoes, momos, onions, aloo bhujiya, tomato ketchup, and chutney. The location is near the Haridwar Railway Station.
2. Pineapple Momos
Jatin Kumar 🧿™️ (@sun_kaha_chale) shared this video of a weird recipe.
This reel shows the process of making this steamed food using pineapple stuffing. He cooks some on a steamer and also fries a few in hot oil. If you think Pineapple Pizza to be a disaster, we wonder what this combination will be.
3. Momo Paratha
YouTuber Foodie Incarnate shared a new experiment of Momo Paratha.
Sold in a local food vendor in Old Delhi, the paratha is prepared like a spring roll with a savoury stuffing of cabbage and some spices and is served with mayo and chutney.

4. Pepsi Wale Momos
This reel shared by Hnv Street Food (@hnvstreetfood) has shocked foodies.
This video shows how a man adds some Pepsi to a momo steamer and then cooks the dish in it. Well, I love Pepsi and momos separately but very unsure about their blend.
5. Ice Cream Roll
I am about to cry seeing this reel shared by Sukrit jain (@thegreatindianfoodie).
A pair of ice cream and momos is something that I never imagined even in my nightmare. This viral video shows how a man minces momos, adds ice cream scoops and momo chutney and makes ice cream rolls. I am at a loss for words!

6. Chai
Mumbai Food Blogger | Travel Blogger | Tech Blogger (@foodiekashif) made some chai adding one of my favourite dishes and simply ruined both the food items for me.
As shown in the video, the blogger adds this steamed-filled food while boiling tea. Along with other ingredients of chai, he also adds some chutney.
