Cut In Water Supply

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a ‘nowcast’ warning. This warning was issued at 9:30am and informed that some coastal districts and isolated places in Mumbai will face moderate to light rainfall intensity.

In the past 24 hours, 26 occurrences of trees collapsing, 15 incidents of short circuits, and five incidents of whole or partial house collapses were reported by BMC officials.

From July 1, Mumbai residents will also experience a 10% cut in their water supply.
