One of the fittest actors and our forever crush, Hrithik Roshan, took to his social media handle to give a glimpse of his light yet filling meal. His plate featured a healthy spread, including a mixed vegetarian platter with tofu in green spinach gravy at the centre, served with steamed broccoli and a sprout salad topped with coriander. Along with it were assorted sides such as sautéed okra (bhindi), stir-fried bell peppers, carrot cubes, green beans, zucchini and roasted cabbage—making it a wholesome, balanced meal.

The meal also included what appeared to be pickled beetroot and a banana. Hrithik shared these pictures with the caption, “Eat lesser, love better. But make the plate look huge.” In the post, he also gave a shoutout to his personal chef, Shubham Vishwakarma.

Actor’s Secret to Maintaining His Diet

Hrithik Roshan does workout five times a week, but only when his body feels fully recovered. According to Times Entertainment, he alternates between two workout days and one rest day. Along with staying fit, he also focuses on proper sleep and recovery. His weight training sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and usually target two muscle groups at a time, keeping his routine balanced and effective.

Along with strength workouts, Hrithik prioritises walking and cardio, reported Times Entertainment. He aims to complete at least 10,000 steps daily and spends around 40 minutes doing activities like jogging or swimming. To avoid boredom and plateaus, he keeps changing his workouts—making fitness fun, flexible, and sustainable.
