Kindness is something that never goes out of style, especially when it comes from young children. A video from Mumbai shows how small kids in Lokhandwala are distributing cold glasses of sherbet to rickshaw drivers and passersby in this heat. The moment has won hearts online.

Summers are harsh, especially in cities like Delhi and Mumbai. Many of us work in air-conditioned rooms, but what about people like rickshaw drivers and others who work in this sweltering heat? It is tough. But, small children in Shastri Nagar, Lokhandwala, Mumbai, have taken up the responsibility to help a little by offering refreshing beverages.

A video posted on Instagram by @andheriloca shows four to five children, along with adults, stopping rickshaw drivers and pedestrians to offer them freshly made sherbet. The visuals show them pouring the drink from a jug into small glasses and handing them over to people. People look surprised by this unexpected act of kindness. This is such a heartwarming video, right?

According to the caption, the initiative was taken by Sadhu Vaswani Gurukul (@gurukulworldwide) to offer some relief to auto rickshaw drivers and pedestrians in the Mumbai heat. Just like us, even netizens were quite impressed by these little kids.

Beautiful gesture by our next generation.” Some users also mentioned how these kids have been raised well and how this is such a simple yet thoughtful gesture.

Honestly, we agree with these comments. Making sherbet and serving it to people outside in this heat may sound simple, but it is thoughtful and can make anyone’s day a lot better.
