The gap between Coastal Road and Bandra-Worli Sea Link will be bridged by the launch of the 120-metre bowstring arch bridge. This bowstring arch bridge will bridge the gap. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is working on this significant project to link the coastal road’s southbound arm and Mumbai’s famous Bandra-Worli sea link.

BMC stated that it would take till June to open the road completely, according to a report by The Times of India. M  M Swami is the deputy chief engineer of the coastal road. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, he stated that this bridge will be loaded on a platform on April 12.

Then, it will be taken to Worli for the next steps of the process. This entire transition will take place till April 15 to 16. He further added if things go according to the plan and the weather is in favour, the 120-metre bridge will be installed by April 16 to 17.
