Tuesday morning started on a horrific note for Bengaluru metro passengers. People were ready on time and on their way to reach colleges, offices, and their destinations by travelling in metros. However, the sudden technical issues on the Green line of the Bengaluru metro disrupted everyone’s plans and usual metro facilities. The technical snag was reported very early in the morning on October 3.

Taking to the X (formerly Twitter) platform, the announcement of the metro disruptions was made at 5:28 AM.
Namma Metro commuters may kindly note . Train services on Green line will be available between Nagasandra to Yeshwanthpur and Mantri Square – Sampige Road to Silk Institute Metro stations due to a technical snag at Rajajinagar Metro Station . Inconvenience caused is regretted.

In the tweet, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited shared with Namma Metro commuters “that train services on the Green Line will be available between Nagasandra to Yeshwantpur and Mantri Square to Sampige Road Metro stations”. The reason behind all the chaos among passengers this morning is the technical glitch at Rajajinagar Metro Station.

Passengers Are Terribly Frustrated About The Green Line
All the major waiting while standing amidst huge crowds at metro stations made each and every commuter very frustrated. Not only they had to wait for long and face inconveniences but they got late to reach their destinations too. Namma metro is a preferred mode of transportation for a huge number of commuters every day and such an issue at a peak time made everyone’s experiences terrible.

In the morning, a few metro trains were running at a very slow speed, shared some Netizens. Hardly people were able to get inside the metros running on the Green Line of the Bengaluru metro due to the intense crowd and chaos.

This is pathetic. No info at the entrance of stations about interruption, your security team I not sensitized to announce that manually during the security check either. Its a surprise when you reach the platform.

I got into metro at jalahalli. Got token issued to RV road as I had to travel to Ecity. But metro is stuck near Rajajinagar on line towards majestic. They are shifting all passengers to other platform at yeshwantpur metro where a metro from ypr to majestic but every half an hour.

Before attempting to do the tracking operation using a crane, the concerned authorities and engineers spent hours shifting the derailed train on the track, according to a report by Asianet Newsable.
Bengalureans had to face many difficulties for the technical snag.
