Between Delhi and Mumbai, which city serves the best food? An ongoing debate on this particular question has been continuing for years now. While most people choose Delhi over Mumbai, our guest on this episode of Stories From Bharat surprised us with her response. Navya Naveli Nanda expressed her love for Mumbai’s food with our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani in this interview.

Navya Naveli Nanda Is Fond Of Mumbai’s Local Food

It has been over 4 years since Navya shifted and settled down in Mumbai. After staying in Delhi till she was 12 years old, she shifted abroad for her studies. After spending almost a decade out of India, she finally returned and started living with her family in the City of Dreams. Nanda made this huge change in her life during the COVID-19 pandemic, just when the lockdown started.

While juggling between her life and work, she also travels to Delhi for a week every month. Her father stays here and their business is running in this city too. Currently, she is managing her life between both these Indian cities. While having a conversation about Delhi and Mumbai, Navya revealed that she prefers Mumbai’s food and weather over Delhi. “Maine Mumbai mein best khaana khaya hai honestly (Honestly, I have eaten the best food in Mumbai),” she shared. Which dishes are her favourite? In this episode, Navya shared her endearing love pani puri and vada pav.

She also loves exploring the scenic Juhu Beach. One of her most precious moments to enjoy in this city is to walk on the beach while drinking coffee with her friends.
