And that’s exactly what Nayanthara and her husband Vignesh Shivan did for the former’s birthday recently. The couple celebrated Nayanthara’s birthday with an intimate dinner at the iconic Kake Da Hotel in Delhi and here’s how it went.

It was Nayanthara’s birthday on November 18 and this time around she decided to keep the celebrations low-key and intimate. For this, the actress and her husband decided to head to the famous Kake Da Hotel in Delhi’s Connaught Place, waited in line for half an hour, sat with the regular crowd, and enjoyed North Indian fare!
Vignesh Shivan took to Instagram to share a sweet video of the entire experience. In the caption, he added, “17th November, smallest birthday eve celebration in these many years.” He then added that the Birthday eve dinner “felt genuinely happy, personal, intimate and very tasty too!”
In the post, Vignesh reveals that the couple stood in a queue for 30 minutes and was thankful that they got a “nice centre table…with a lot of things going on behind” it. He also thanked the “sweet stranger” who helped them capture the memorable dinner moments.

Personal & Intimate Dinner With Tasty Food!
In the video, you can see Nayanthara and Vignesh enjoying and feeding each other drool-worthy food at the iconic Delhi restaurant. Nayanthara thanked her husband and called it the “best birthday dinner ever!” She said it felt “real and normal” being together, standing in a long queue, and then sitting amidst the crowd for the “most delicious food.”
According to India Today, before heading out and exploring the local eateries in Delhi, Nayanthara and Vignesh visited the Qutab Minar with their twin sons.
