Taking to her Instagram handle, Neena Gupta shared a quick video of herself preparing a plate of poha. First, she serves a ladle full of pyaaz ka poha on her plate. Next, she sprinkles a little farsan on it. The actress warns that it’s best to eat less farsan as it is ” very dangerous”. The deep-fried nature of farsan makes it unhealthy. A spoonful of pomegranate seeds goes next to the farsan-topped poha on her plate.

Then, comes Neena Gupta’s favourite spice mix— Jeeravan powder. She sprinkles the Jeeravan powder over her poha.  The Vadh actress says that one can find Jeeravan powder in shops and also online. Also known as Indori Masala, this spice mix is often used to elevate the taste of poha. “Isko milaake agar aap khaayenge then it’s the best breakfast in the world. Happy Breakfast,” she says.
