The talented Canadian-Punjabi actress, Neeru Bajwa, is one such personality who amazes us with her work ethic. Neeru Bajwa’s Family Is Supportive Of Her Career
Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, asked Neeru about her work-life balance and how she manages her time between India and Canada. Neeru resides in Canada with her husband and their lovely three children. She flies to India for work, wraps up filming and takes a direct Air India flight to Vancouver to return to her lovely family.
She told us that her family is incredibly supportive of her acting career. They don’t hold her back from travelling to and fro between Canada and India. Instead, they encourage her to take on excellent work opportunities and reach for the sky.
She assured us that her family holds the fort down when she is in India and said, “I am only here (India) because they are there (Vancouver)!” She is extremely thankful and fortunate to have a family that supports her professional life. However, she also spoke about how being a working woman is not such a big deal in present times.
Women are excelling in numerous fields by juggling personal and professional lives flawlessly. Kamiya, a working woman and a mom, agreed with Neeru’s thoughts on this.

Was Acting Her Dream Job?
When talking about Neeru’s professional life, Kamiya couldn’t help but praise how her exceptional acting and Punjabi speaking skills helped her garner a massive following over the years. That is when she admitted that acting was her dream career!
She dreamt of being an actress and followed her heart. Years later, she made a mark in the Punjabi film industry and was promoting her latest flick, Jatt & Juliet 3 with her co-star, Diljit Dosanjh, in India. It is safe to say that she worked towards her childhood dream and is nailing it quite well!
