Climbing Mount Everest is no small feat. Standing at a staggering 8,848.86 metres tall, it’s the tallest peak on Earth, piercing through the clouds like a titan of nature. For most, just the thought of attempting such a climb is enough to send shivers down their spine. But for Nepal’s Kami Rita Sherpa, it’s like second nature. Known affectionately as the ‘Everest Man,’ Kami Rita is no stranger to the mighty slopes of Sagarmatha, as Everest is known locally. In fact, he’s made it his life’s mission to conquer this formidable peak. And conquer it he has, time and time again.
